Return Policy

TRIPI offers free and easy returns within 7 or 15 days after delivery! Check out the table below that sets out our return policy:

How to return? 

1.Check the following before initiating a return. To avoid rejection of returns, please check that your return item(s) matches the following conditions: 

    a. Return Coverage. The return coverage is specified on the product details.

    b. Return Reasons. The following are valid reasons for returning an item: 

  • Damaged/Faulty (For electronics and gadgets only)

  • Expired product

  • Does not match the description or pictures

  • Received wrong product

  • Counterfeit product

  • Missing item (If your order is tagged as delivered but you haven’t receive it or the item is missing in the package you received, you can request for a refund)

Note: Please do not forget to state your correct return reason and include additional details, if deemed necessary, for a faster and more accurate evaluation of the request. Please also note that returns may be rejected when the request is non compliant to the policy. 

2. Contact us. For returns, you may contact us via our email customer@tripi.ph or call us via our hotline at 049 253 4621 or 0917-190-8766. 

3. Choose one of the following return options:

    a. Exchange for a different size, color

  • Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only available for different sizes and/or colors of the same style. We are unable to accommodate exchange requests for different products.

  • Please note that due to partnership restrictions, some items Sold by Merchants as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items are not available for exchange, unless stated otherwise.

  • If your exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we will proceed to refund you fully in store credit.

    b. Refund to your original payment mode or Wallet Credit**

  • Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method (bank transfer, credit card/paypal via reversal, gcash via gcash account) as indicated on our online Returns and Exchanges form. If you don't specify a refund method or forgot to input your bank account details via our Returns and Exchanges form, we pay you back via Wallet Credit** by default. 

  • Below is a list of our partner banks for bank transfers

        Please note that crediting the refunds back to you or your Wallet Credit might take time. 

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns and suppliers' requests, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

    a. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;

    b. Products that have been used or damaged by you; 

    c. Any consumable product which has been used or installed;

    d. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or

    e. Products that fall under specific categories, including clothing, beauty products, personal care, gift cards
